    That same GFS has 4 days in the 70's (starting with this Friday) and 1 day in the 80's on the latest run so not all hope is lost yet. LOL. Not a forecast just a model disco.

    That frost/light freeze is still on some MR models for next Tue. CMC has a real freeze which would end growing season. GFS is a frost and EC is neither. Still too far away to pinpoint temps on op's but something to watch.

    No frost this Am...temps did not drop like some models showed. A slightly mild 47 here.

    One of the York water companies asking people to conserve water due to the drought...Lake Redman needs rain.

    There was this in relation to the question this AM about some close to freezing temps next week. I think the GFS and its little brother ensembles took a step in the right direction to avoid a blow torch end of Oct...it was starting to look quite ugly the last few days.

    The HRRR has MDT and CXY around 43-44 right now....actual temps are 48-49 at both places.

    I was too as I was suprised how warm it got here. Very nice day. LNS made it as well.

    Based on current depicts, next week looks like a dupe of this week. 60's Mon (maybe upper 50's Mon), Tue Wed...70's Thur and 60's or 70's Fri then rain.

    Not very Purdy at all for SF.

    On a day when some forecasts called for no 60's until or thru Wednesday, MDT and CXY did their thing and both scored 60's. 60 here myself.

    This would be fairly exciting in winter. A LOT of pop up precip Surprised seeing several 60's Temps as well. MDT at 59.
