typical Nina Behavior is boring/dry.mild. But everyone once in a while..someone else that shouldnt get snow gets some(its almost never us). Great example is 2001-02. One of the worst of all time but Southern Virginia/NC got a 12-14 inch storm in early January

Who knows man. It will probably be a awful winter but when nobody goes cold and snow ....there is bound to be a surprise. We don't even need a cold winter. Just some luck when it is cold

well we mostly wasted January and then after our Feb 10 blizzard....everyone else around us was getting snow except for us. Its like winning a baseball game 15-1 but 13 of your runs come in 1 inning!

amazing how models never bust when there is warm in the long range...but totally the opposite when it starts sniffing a cold pattern. We are back to square 1
