    Not sure it was mentioned, but the 3k NAM is an absolute whiteout for the first 3 hours or so for DC north. Like 2”/hr before flipping to heavy sleet.

    BWI and DCA reported 0.2” of sleet and snow. IAD 0.1”.

    Went for a short Jebwalk with my daughter. Roads are fine since they were treated. Sidewalks and driveways are skating rinks. Would clearly have been a very impactful event if it fell at night.

    DCA broke the above freezing high temp streak!!

    Cars are thoroughly coated but still not much on the trees. I expect that to be changing now with sunset.

    Driveway is wet, steps are icy. Our blue colored van is covered in ice, but the ice has melted off our black Honda Civic. Was hoping for more sleet.
