    I'm starting to think the 10-year and 2-day streak without a 6" snow here is going to live on.

    The temp drop last evening was impressive; 30 degrees in 7.5 hours. 43F at 4:30 and 13F at midnight. Hit a low of 5F.

    I expect the sleet line to overperform. If we get 8" before the flip I'll be happy, so long as @Aldie 22 isn't reporting ripping fatties while I'm pinged to-death.

    Today marks a full 10 years since the last 6" storm in Stephens City. An entire decade has passed without a significant snow storm. Truly unbelievable. And awful.

    The Martins in stephens city has really gone downhill the past few years. They need some competition; there is none here.

    I went to Martins at 430 this afternoon. On a Wednesday it shouldn't have been busy; it was very busy. Long lines at every register. Just ridiculous; any storm is 72 hours from starting.
