Yeah there's lightning where the NAM/HRRR were advertising dry. Holding onto hope for now. Might as well ride the ship to the bottom. Came down off the mountain today and nice to see leaves on the trees. Just about ready for flower season.
Yeah if this were December I'd be horribly disappointed with that amount of moisture but going into April any run within 60 hours showing snow is good to me. Had a couple good snow showers earlier which was a nice way to close March.
12z 3km NAM looks gorgeous fellas. Would prefer the LP a little closer to the coast but still throws moisture back our way. Maybe the NW trend will win again.
We're a ip/sn mix still. We've done "well" (i.e. More ice accretion than surrounding areas) the last two ice events but we're still above freezing and I doubt it goes down much more.
Lots of thunder in those heavier bands. Could get interesting here in a bit if those dynamics hold up. My dad said it's 34 with thunder and lightning in Cleveland, GA. Currently 34 and steadily dropping IMBY.
