  1. Lol. It isn’t close to that . It’s about 40% Many green leaves . Maples and birch , hickory have changed but other species mainly green
  2. To me a hard freeze is low- mid 20’s . A couple hours 29-30 doesn’t do much
  3. Violently agree. 36 frost kills nothing . Even tomato plants laugh. 32.0 or below
  4. If you sit back and think about it, that really is mind blowing . It gets my wandering mind to think is this fall just an enigma.. or will these type of things happen more and more often as we go thru the next several decades . I mean that goes back to Ginx wearing knickers picking up doggie doo with whittled arrows
  5. The pepper plants have all kinds of new flowers on them too
  6. Just picked some nice peppers and tomatoes. It’s a new world climate we all live in
  7. Meanwhile my front and BY. The temperatures about 88.. hop in the water plug .. just for old times sake
  8. Easily your latest frost on record. You haven’t been hit 30’s yet right?
  9. Summertime.. summ summ summ summatime.. cuz it’s Summatime
  10. It was a lot of backbreaking effort on my part. No doubt. But it was for the board
  11. Exactly.. as long as the money is available it makes sense to have others do the difficult chores such as leaves .. especially if you have nowhere to put them. Why on Earth anyone would rake vs blow them and create so much more work I will never understand. And then if you also have to bag them? Spend a couple hundred bucks and either get a blower of have a landscaper come do fall cleanup. To each their own of course, but dropping a few Hundy on a blower more than pays for itself in one season. Time is money.
