    Huge dent on the snowpack. Went from about 9” otg to start the day to about 4-5”

    I don’t care either. I’m just letting people know. It’s been 14 years since the local office has issued a blizzard warning. Of course and never really happened but that’s the last time one was issued.

    It’s been 14 years since a blizzard warning in SEMI if anyone is wondering and that was for the flop storm famously known as ….ghd1 no. They didn’t need to issue one then but they did and that was the last time

    It went from heavy rain to heavy snow in minutes. It was nuts. Lots of places just north of me got even more.

    Over the last 2 winters, combined. With a total of 12 months of possible measured snows ….DTW has experienced a significant snowfall deficit, receiving only 37.5 inches of snow, which is 33 inches below the average of 70.5 inches for that period.

    If it wasn’t for Lake Michigan Detroit would be at 5 to 7 inches on the year. Thankfully we do have Lake Michigan to our west and much of SEMI has had 12-30”

    Everyday!! 31-32 and full sun almost all day… But hold on!! Wicked evening snow. 25 out 26 days I believe of snow.

    Snows everyday in a cold pattern. It’s unbelievable really

    Yes, it’s turning into a deep winter again. We have almost at least 5 inches on the ground if not, 6 inches. Almost 3 inches since last night things are looking like a true Michigan winter.

    Someone around Fruitport. Probably picked up near 18” yesterday. That was very intense band.
