    Memories are that short because the only people remembering past snow events are us weather enthusiasts. .

    83 between MD and Harrisburg is one of the worst sections of roads in PA. Just as bad or worse than Schuylkill Expressway in Philly area. Bad weather or sunny and dry weather.

    That band produced mostly rain mixed with wet flakes around Lackawanna. Picked up a little away from lakeshore but nothing was really sticking that well. .

    First of season is always worst. Underestimated as they kept harking on time of year, climo, blah, blah, blah. .

    Looks like Millersville was at 5.75” about a 1/2 hour to go. Thinking sleet may take over Lanco in next hour. Looks like Sleet in York County per dual polarization. .

    Lancaster, Adams and York added to WSW for 4” to 7”. .

    Saw that on dual pol. Sleet line got washed out. .

    In all records I have seen, October and November snows go to current and next year totals. So this counts for 2018/2019. .

    I’m liking that front end thump too. Saw that a lot in 2013-2014. Always over performed. .
