If I get put under a winter storm warning (already under a watch) and get less than 3 inches, it will mark the third time in a row that this has happened. First storm was .75 under a WSW, last storm was 2.5, can we go 3 for 3?

It was because it has a lot of moisture at the front end. The low in the TN Valley screws up thermals towards the end in mby
