  1. Some, like Anne arundel county, closed for the week of thanksgiving. And have off tomorrow. Not quite fully balanced out the days off, but close.
  2. There are more people bickering about this than there are people from PA posting here. How about we just move on from this non-issue now.
  3. Excuse me sir, trixie has informed us that your post is a violation of this sub forum. Thank you.
  4. By mid morning Friday we could see near 50 degree differences between Oakland and Ocean City.
  5. Time to consider a Saturday run to Davis. That’s a good look for upslope.
  6. What a terrible call by the refs there. Wow.
  7. When healthy, they can be scary on offense. The weather today will likely neutralize some of that threat…..for both teams. I wouldn’t expect a crazy high scoring game.
  8. Once you learn to accept that living in this area = you need to travel to get your snow fix, winter storm chasing anxiety significantly decreases. It’s a 3hr drive to deep creek or Davis or a 1 hr flight to New Hampshire, etc.
  9. Current webcam pic from Alyeska is pretty fng epic. they’re at 197” for the season.
  10. Intense PBP 6 days out. What could go wrong?
  11. Damn…what an ending to that game.
  12. BWI: 17.3” DCA: 13.4” IAD: 21.7” RIC: 11.3” SBY: 6.1”
  13. 20 for a low. Looks like Tipton got down to 18. That’s pretty good for November in these parts.
  14. Yes. Woodstock, VT is highly recommended around the holidays. A small but gorgeous town.
  15. Lol. Last years (or older) Christmas candy.
  16. 15 so far at Canaan NWR. For reference, the two locations on each side of the valley are both 700 ft+ higher in elevation than the one at the bottom of the valley.
  17. 18z gfs says what rain? And I’m cool with that.
  18. Frosty on the cars this morning.
  19. Lamar is about all the ravens have. Is there really another true star player on that team? Maybe Andrews? The rest of the roster is meh.
  20. The station in the wildlife refuge is near the bottom of the valley and it radiates like nothing else. On clear and calm nights it’s often significantly lower than surrounding stations.
