  1. I'm no religious person...but that would be a tougher sell. I'm not into that, so tax away I guess..lol.
  2. It's because it bothers you. Personally, I don't have confidence either way...other than a weenie feeling thinking it might be half decent here. We all know how it goes with snow. It's dam difficult to predict around here, especially SNE where standard deviation is large.
  3. Already have the weed....let the bets flow and get taxed IMO.
  4. Lets cross Scooter off that list now.
  5. Kind of like the end of Billy Madison when Steve Buscemi puts his gun down and puts lipstick on himself while laying down in comfort?
  6. Bull pen cop track for us this year. Arms in the air.
  7. Big difference in the 2008 ice storm. Newburyport right on the water didn't have much if any, and a few miles west in Amesbury got smoked. West of the CF as you said.
  8. Will look forward to sipping my coffee looking out at the snow, while you ping.
  9. Amesbury and Rockport are night and day though. Amesbury is pretty far north and just inland enough to help.
  10. There does indeed seem some eastward shift to the forcing too. Subtle, but there.
  11. There is a lot more to the winter puzzle here in New England, but that is a good thing anyways.
  12. Yeah pretty much what Will said. It will help keep ern regions cooler, and then that interface where erly anomalies and wrly anomalies meet, would trend east. For simplistic terms, that interface is probably where you have anomalous convection. Keep that east of the maritime continent would be a good thing.
  13. So if you look at the erly anomalies and pretend there is a trend line going from top to bottom, you'll see what he means. The lower part is a forecast, but sometimes those forecasts are not accurate.
  14. Let me find that. https://twitter.com/MJVentrice/status/1318156865407246336?s=20
  15. Mike V showed a graphic of the background easterlies, slowly migrating east over the last few months. I thought that was a good thing to see. I can't right now, but someone can link that.
  16. So you'd rather it flood with pig warmth? You need the source region cold if you want a chance.
  17. Only place where Stein is truly still alive and kicking, is on the Cape. The Cape makes KTAN look like Kauai.
  18. Lets dry out a bit and get the grass to green up. We enjoy green with the backdrop of oaks turning.
  19. Canada looks to be pretty cold though, building up the basin.
