  1. Those can be an issue too with people lowering the aquifer.
  2. Well with more people comes more restrictions needed. It makes sense. That will happen more and more.
  3. One dry year and he goes wild. Meanwhile these last 10-15 years have been wet AF.
  4. I'm sure his neighbor still claims a foot.
  5. I'm sure it occurred in a small spot too. We'll be curious to see any pics. Powderfreak, I was close when I said skiers torn off the chairlifts. The HRRR yesterday I believe, had a nice helicity swath go by near where this storm occurred.
  6. Ryan sent me a thread with what appeared to be a TDS in Middlebury VT.
  7. Nasty line heading for the dog trails and snowboards of Stowe.
  8. As I said, skiers ripped away from the chairllifts. You hate to see it.
  9. At least we didn't get a kick in the nads this month. Sucks we had no snow, but at least the weather has been nice.
  10. Definitely a lot of variability lately.
  11. You have to have no soul if you don't appreciate this stretch we have had. If we are going snowless in March, this is how you do it.
  12. The directional shear didn't seem as impressive to me as some of the bigger outbreaks. But this one has some steep mid level lapse rates and strong wind velocities to maybe offset the lack of directional shear. Outbreaks are very difficult to predict in terms of how many SUP cells or intense tors. One or two ingredients can be altered slightly which is the difference between St Patty's Day 2021 and April 2011.
  13. Extends allergies though. Lets all get it to pop quick and envelop us with a yellow cloud of death for two days.
  14. Hope it torches. Who wants 40s and 50s.
  15. Stowe Snowboard at 3K violently and uncontrollably flying around and decapitating people.
  16. May have to sell the temps in ern areas? Stubborn low level RH.
