  1. My bar is set at dusting to an inch. Think that’s reasonable. And in other bar news, I’ll be at the Columbia Alehouse drinking Founders CBS while it’s hopefully puking white asteroids.
  2. I’m lovin, touchin, and squeezin the 10:1 map.
  3. It doesn’t even have to stick to the roads, but the green grass turning white will be a sight for sore eyes. Fingers remain crossed though.
  4. If the next Euro ticks it even just a smidge further south...
  5. How’s the Euro look for the likes of you, me, and @osfan24? Think we can score 1-2? Will I see you at the top of the sledding hill?
  6. Be great to just get on the board early. Can we get a shift south though for Eastern HoCo. I don’t want to be that “FRINGED” guy.
  7. Great write up @showmethesnow per the norm. Thank you! And with the possible NAO tanking, it seems it’s not really a question of its going to snow, just a matter of when.
  8. How great would it be score in November? Rare, but we know it does happen. Fingers and toes crossed...and whatever else I can cross? Hmmmm....going into deep thunder think mode.
  9. All I know is that the GFS spits out 4 decent looking storms through hour 384. A 5th one is incoming just beyond that. It’s a beautiful sight if we can get repeats late November and into December and beyond.
  10. The beer geeks in here need to get together soon. Since I independently rep Key, Duclaw, Hysteria, True Respite, and Charm City Mead, we might have a few things to chat about...and drink.
  11. Let’s Gooooooo Mountaineers!! And let’s go this...
  12. This was posted on Twitter by Mike Masco. I’ll take this look and run with it...
  13. Will there be blizzard parties in the Jeb caves? Oh wait. In TX? Never mind. Carry on. I was going to supply the beer! But forget it now.
  14. About to be pummeled with a svr warned storm at the Elkridge/Columbia line. Looks mean and nasty. I like it....a lot!
  15. I’m in N Myrtle too! Got some good storms last night for sure.
  16. Damn it! What a shame. We could really use some rain for the drought stricken areas of Howard County. We haven’t had a drop rain since 7 seconds ago.
  17. Quick note out of summer hibernation. Where the hell was this storm back in January!? Would have easily been named something dumb by the Weather Channel. See you all soon for El Niño.
  18. Nah. But NE MD will get pummeled! ETA: But if my power goes out during the Caps game, my imaginary cat will be punted off my deck.
  19. I remember having the neighbors over that evening. I was splitting my time between the raging excitement on this board vs. the excitement of 4 bottles of world class wine that we plowed through.. Hurting the next AM, the fresh snow cleared my head in an instant. The kids and I had a blast just playing and shoveling all morning. Good times for sure.
  20. To make myself feel better knowing that we may never see another week like Snowmegeddon 1&2, I still go back and watch this. I promise it will put smile on all the faces.
