Isn’t that the type of application it’s for though?

and do you have any other recommendations?

the thing with CLR is that it needs to be rinsed out/wiped off within 10 or so mins per the label. my GF is not good at this type of stuff and she sprayed it in the shower. it actually scored/damaged the stone threshold and scarred/pitted the fixtures. All because she didn't wipe it off or rinse it off.

best bet for you would be a regular cleaning with a stiff nylon bristle brush.

My sump pumps get caked in like some calcium and minerals and iron and fork like a brittle shell.

Would dumping some CLR into the pit and let it sit help?

The impellers and the floats keep getting gummed up with shit and not working.

CLR is VERY corrosive. Do not recommend

I’m disappointed in your indoor temp and dew though. I’m still uninstalled here and embracing the dew. Let it right on in.

I’m not hot at all. Every night has been fine with the fans…low 70s at the worst. That bedroom temp is a little inflated in the afternoon because it’s on the west side.  But I tolerate the warmth and dews just fine. Trust me it’ll go in when we feel like we need it.

I don’t know how you do it. I can’t sleep in temps above like 65. especially with the dews we have had this year.

was out to dinner with the gf in MHt earlier. it was pouring out as we were eating.

After having sampled the sear on a stroll down to the end of the street and back ... the rapidity of the sweat bead materialization, along with the appeal of that blue flaming sky through which penetrates a relentless sun ... ( yet, not a single f'n zephyr to be found), I can honestly say I have to go back to June of 2021 to match this is pig's ass appeal.

tl;dr: last time it was this hot was 2 years ago
