    Only concern is lack of HP up north. Couple models have HP off east coast (1030ish). If we can get that better placed, then the work BOOM comes to mind, and would likely wrap some cold in as well as strengthen the SLP and create quite a baroclinic zone....but thats me wishing more than anything.

    zoomed in for all to relish for a few hours.... verbatim...I'm toast and puddles of tears...but I know many iterations are likely to come, so I'll just enjoy the treands....and hope for a 25 mile jog east in the next 144 hrs.

    between the Euro and the GFS....someones gettin the "wood" and lots of it... FWIW most models are rather similar in evolution...so take that as a +. ICON started nice and while didnt present a winner, is within the realm of options at this juncture. All told, I was impressed w/ consensus for nooners. Get the coffee ready, cause if this look holds, it might be a fun one to watch....even if I get jipped down here in LSV land. It's happened before, but I'm pullin for all of us to enjoy.

    Not an approved met....so I guess some will toss. I know many of us are pulling for him to be correct. This one doesnt have that upper level look yet, but it sure may in the next few runs....wouldnt that be awesome? Get the Hi Life on standby bud.

    In other weather related news....tellies holding the line and give confidence that we have a nice window to score. NAO ticking up AO ticking down PNA staying + MJO still trying to get where we need it We've done well w/ just AO being negative, so I'm happy to see multiple indicies not caving.... I know....I know... they will....eventually.

    Huron connection streamers are all that I've really seen make it down here. And yeah....quite rare. Not a flake in Akron....well some might suggest one...
