I agree, most good memories are in summer but my love for cold/snow gets me through the winter more easily than most people I know. Most people I know hate the winter snow and cold.

58 degrees at Harbor Beach in Maine last Sunday. The kind that hurts your ankles when you first go in.

We have a car wash here where you wash yourself and one of the options is an engine wash. Not sure what they use but it does a great job of cleaning everything up nice. Do you have a nozzle where you can get a little more power?

I saw one of those winter forecasts on Yahoo home page the other day, not sure who wrote it. They had the Northeast below normal cold and snowy. I know they're not worth the paper they're printed on but I haven't seen one of those forecasts predict that for us for a few years now.

There was one between my yard and my neighbors, last week I saw a pest control guy taking a trap near his shed which butts up against my yard. He had a big party last weekend, so I guess he wanted it gone before his party. No idea if they caught it.

I've only come across one buried nests since I've been at my house but every year, I get nests under the eaves. I usually do a weekly check now so I can knock them down before they get too big.

Couldn't you put some insecticide in the shop vac so they die when they land in it?

I was out earlier and was getting eaten alive. -
That happened to me, I had a long sleeve shirt and on and they were up my arms, I never ran so fast into the house, my arms had several stings. I waited until nighttime, and I sprayed the hole.

Did you install it yourself? I think this would be a good idea for my brothers house.
