    We stopped there on our way to Acadia and never left, figured we'd go to Acadia another time. Great Italian restaurant there and the weather when we were there was perfect.

    Same here, I've never seen so many, I take the dog out and we get attacked. What would cause an explosion of these damn bugs?

    You always know you're almost at the cape when you see the windmills.

    You could do that yourself; I bought a container of WP Demon and do it a couple times a year and the stuff works great. Cost me $100 for the Demon and Sprayer and I've been using it for 5 years and still have half left.

    I can tell when I walk properties they have a mole issue, the ground is soft in spots.

    My cat is bringing one in almost every day, some mice and an occasional bird but the voles are crazy here too.

    Looks like it strengthens a bit and its more north than what was modeled a couple days ago. Gulf should be warm for fuel.

    My mother's philosophy from growing up in the 30s and 40s, cook the meat until it's the texture of leather, and I wonder why I never liked meals with meat as a kid. I didn't realize you could cook it medium rare and enjoy a juicy steak.

    He got it so cheap that he basically just kept the foundation and the frame and still made money. He didn't know I did the house for the old couple when it was a piss house and I asked him what the house was like when he bought it, he just said it needed updating, he didn't want anyone to know there was gallons of cat pee soaked into everything, smell was gone though for the time being anyway.

    Don't get me wrong, some years are great and when a big Nor'easter hits us it can be a beautiful thing, like Nemo. We're just currently in a bad string of winters for winter weather lovers.
