    There are already traffic jams with people leaving, so that's a good thing.

    Sarasota is too, that's where we go since a friend lets us use her condo, the whole shopping/restaurant center near the water was flooded after the last one, this one looks to be worse, not sure if they even cleaned up from Helene.

    We used to go up to Cooperstown every July during induction weekend and we golfed at a course built in the late 1800s, odd layout but fun. The lowest score on the course was from the early 1900s when they used 4-5 clubs, amazing to think a guy shot a 30 with the old clubs.

    The only reds I see in my area are from Sumac, everything else is yellow and brownish yellow.

    It was light rain/drizzle all day here, I had a 3:30 appt and at 3:25 it starts pouring, poured til about 4 when I was done with the appt, timing couldn't have been worse, but we need the water.

    I don't care if it's paid for, I'd rather go to the clubhouse for a beer and a sandwich.

    I hate golfing in the rain, I know some guys who play in anything, just put on a raincoat and keep playing.

    Maybe but that's a bigger jump than from CTE to Parkinsons.

    We put a new high efficiency heating/ac unit in this house but the house we build up in Maine will be just mini-splits with on demand hot water.

    In our golf league at the end of the year tournament we give out the pampers award to the biggest whiner, we should do that here

    I've gone 3 weeks without a cut and might be able to go a little longer.

    I got 50 gpm on my well, I never have run out in 30 years. I know a lot of wells only get 7-10 gpm, I got lucky. I remember sweating that day they were drilling praying for a good flow.
