  1. Oh, thought you meant the 6th storm, I agree, I like it for that one.
  2. I get the opposite reaction, we can get a foot with all the channels hyping the storm and my brother-in-law will always say we got less and they over hyped, it wasn't that bad. He drives 2 miles to work and back home so it's not like he has a commute, drive on the pike with a foot of snow and you'll feel differently about 12 inches.
  3. Does he live near you? Depends on the area on who maintained and who got the melt. I'm just saying my area and the 2 towns I drove through have a lot of bare ground.
  4. The snow retention even in southern Maine is much better than down here, after last night's snow they have over 10 inches on the ground, parking lots have good size piles. I've been losing it almost as fast as I get it down here.
  5. No he isn't a lot of snow has disappeared from here, not to bare ground but 50 percent grass showing.
  6. Live off the grid, Marty Raney will help you get set up.
  7. Guy on my bowling team was out two weeks with that flu, thankfully he stayed home and didn't infect anyone.
  8. That was one good thing in the 80s, we seemed to have a few good March storms, the cold was also good for skiing since they make snow.
  9. I remember one year where all we got were nickels and dimes, but it was cold and we had a good pack most of the winter, don't think we had any bigger than 10 inches that year. Will will come along and tell us when that happened.
  10. On my way up to Maine, was hoping for at least 2-3.
  11. Yeah, but its fun to see snow in winter, hope something bigger comes along soon.
  12. Just what the rodent predicted this morning.
  13. I got a white coating on everything up here after the rain. At least it's a white landscape and cold out.
  14. If they stop giving out DUIs we'll talk.
  15. My sister was messing with me, they have two inches.
  16. My sister says 6 inches in York and still snowing, an inch an hour the last six hours.
  17. Pond ice isn't going anywhere, should get nice and thick.
  18. Im at 37 but the fog is doing a number on what I had left, we need a refresher.
  19. Just switched to snow in York, hopefully can pick up 2-3 inches.
