I appraised a house in the town next to me last winter and they had a huge rink, probably about twice the size of the one's pictured. Both his kids are really good hockey players so they take it seriously.

Still snowing here, about half inch, grass is covered solid. -

Not for most but we're getting closer.

My family room pushes 80 when I get the stove cooking, the other rooms are low 70's, it's just that one room that gets warm, all the pets congregate there.

They had some epic games in snow and cold in the early 2000's, I think it was pretty cold for that Colts game in the snow too.

I think this was the one when the Pats played and the stands were full of snow and they were throwing snow up to the sound of the music.

My brother had a lot taken down last year, he went from 80-100 bags of leaves to 25 since they've been down and I ended up with 6 cords of free hardwood for my stove.

When I was a kid I always though Dec 5 was the realistic start of snow season, where I live anyway, you're earlier than me.

No but it's early and good to snow on the map in New England. Plenty of cold air seeping into the northern US so our time will come.

I wonder how your yard would look in a couple years if you left the leaves, probably start looking like the woods.

Over half my leaves are from my neighbors' trees, they're right against the stone wall, I keep my yard clear right up to the wall, they don't.

High of 52 today, felt like it was in the 20's, my blood needs to thicken I guess.

Tip, you should do a fiction book on climate change with the end being humans being wiped and out and whatever comes out the other end, your imagination is better than mine.
