That dry slot has given me .75", tripling what I got for the last storm. Though now there is a dry slot moving in which is totally fine with me.

Any other years that you want to cherry pick out that were very cold? How many were warm and everyone was wearing shorts, probably most of them I would imagine. And yes, if it got that cold again, it would be maybe 35 instead of 32 and still be a top cold spell. You're too dramatic.

Appreciate the work you put into these every year. -
Saw a pic of a funnel cloud over Bangor PA posted by a met. on Facebook

I even missed that. I just finished watering some plants

Tor box near East Stroudsburg PA

Partly sunny, 73

I was hoping for the low end (maybe like and inch or so) but wasn't expecting this. Maybe a storm will pop up later like you said though.

The eastern hunterdon co/western somerset co area that I'm located in missed most of this if that is the case. The cocorahs map shows that well. I'm totally fine with the .26" though. Didn't really want my dogs wet and muddy, haha.

Where was this? Being a kid in the 80s, I "remembered" having lots of snow too. Turns out the 80s kind of sucked for snow where I am.
-
only .26" grand total here
-
I'm at .06 today .21" total. I didn't want the 5" that the euro had, but was looking for 1.5" or so. We will see what happens the next day or so I guess.
-
Just .02" here so far. Maybe when this is done I'll get up to .10" lol
-
Still haven't gotten anything here, but some trying to move in.
-
Everything meaningful missed either N, W or E.

.05" today

Rain went through, added .04" sun trying to pop out again

That area is getting good rains now, se pa and getting into snj. Did the rgem miss it or it doesn't have much after this.

It's becoming sad, as he obviously is a good poster, but his head has become so clouded now is downright laughable. Talk about letting your bias get in way, lol. You are 100% right, we went through a stage where we averaged a good 7" or so more than normal for 20 years. Now since 2016 it is a below average stretch and the new norm. So delusional.

17-18 and 20-21 were well above average here (I'm pretty much dead center between Philly and NYC). Again, some of these things are location dependent and picking a big city like many do isn't necessarily accurate. Last year (23-24) I was exactly average due to one sneaky storm that dropped a foot in a small swath. But the same can be said for other winters when a nor'easter gets Long Island/NYC putting them above average snow and gives me an inch since I am 10 miles too west. We are running 3" below average here for the past 8 years, but some area's are much lower, some are higher.
