    With the forecast calling for winds out of the SW, I don't see us getting anywhere near the coldest night of the season.

    LLJ looks further east, I think OKX hoists an advisory and the winds don't get as high as when we had no advisory last time.

    Winds definitely look like a real threat for coastal areas, if the models maintain the intensity, as we get closer to the event.

    FSU has good D but if they played the other teams that made it they would get destroyed IMO. It was ugly the last 2 games watching FSU's offense try to move the ball. At least next year 12 teams are in the field, so this theoretically doesn't happen.

    37mph at both Muttontown & Syosset for the highest gust. Could hear the higher winds further up though with some nice roars.

    Long Island needs bow hunting for them or population control. One was standing in the right lane just before Heritage nursery on Northern Blvd. going eastbound. This was at 6:30pm. Thankfully I was in the left lane otherwise would have nailed it. So far have already seen 4 of them hit the last 2 months or so on Northern Blvd. NYS just puts up signs showing deer the next 1 mile. All good until someone dies from an accident with them.
