Crazy.  All windows and doors open this evening in shorts and t-shirts in N.VT while gazing up at the mountains.  It was still 66F last ob at the ASOS.

Well water blows. This is turning into an expensive endeavor trying to get this right. Water softener and carbon filter goes in... water pressure plummets. Going to have to add a sediment filter now.

Most likely. Soil temps tell the story of you know what they are around you but they must still be low if forsythia hasn’t bloomed yet. I put mine down when soil temps are consistently in the low to mid 50s.

Stake still at 33" here. Probably the deepest, most consistent and most prolonged snowpacks since moving here. My lower level window is still buried!
