    Even if the GEFS looked great for Xmas week it would be folly to get excited...it looks crappy now but same applies. Need to at least let it play out a bit.

    Like you always say keep the faith. We’ll luck into something eventually. If it wasn’t for my job I would have moved a long time ago. But not much of what I do away from DC. So I wait.

    The fact that we have said “the Euro caved” more than once is like being on some alternate universe. I am quite optimistic about this winter.

    Right. I think it was in the 40s here. And a white Xmas but that was because we had so much snow on the ground. But it was slush fest by evening.

    For some reason it turns mild around Christmas. Even the epic 2009 24-25 was mild if I remember right with rain.

    I would think GFS should be in deadly range at this point. Even slight adjustments probably wouldn't help. we'll get the next one perhaps.

    Eh..just get our snow climo to about 60-70% with one event and the rest is gravy...sun angle is perfect in Dec
