  1. That may be the only kind of pattern where the closed low really generates its own cold air. It’s the baked Alaska pattern. We are the ice cream.
  2. There are others we haven’t heard from in a while too. mitchnick comes to mind. He was a solid poster. Leesburg04 always made me laugh with his humor. Maybe some are waiting for a bonafide threat.
  3. Option 2. Christmas snow is the holy grail.
  4. 18z says it’s a cold front passage on T-day. I’ll take the clouds. Keep the house cool since there won’t be snow on the roof.
  5. Looks like it. Closed low albeit weak. LWX mentions rain and 50s..who knows
  6. Justin weather has me just in inside the 24-36” line...ok why not. I’d take half that.
  7. option 2..snow falling is the fun for me
  8. I was just thinking back on some of our most epic surprise over performer events. I’ll never forget that one March event. No idea of the exact date/year but it was one of those where most of us saw some mixed precip that was supposed to be all rain or change to rain fairly quickly. Reverse bust sort of. Your area hung on to snow for most of it. 8 inches I think. You may have even posted pics. Heavy wet snow.
  9. Makes sense to me. Board the train...Next stop Shutout Station...all aboard.
  10. It has been my experience that a warm Thanksgiving results in a warm Christmas. The only white we are likely to see this holiday season is that Conquest TSI.
  11. I’m going to address the elephant in the room...Thanksgiving is looking much warmer than I would prefer. With all we have been through in 2020 this is just another body blow.
  12. That’s quite the car collection. The SRT8 looks amazing in black. I have a wrangler JL. Also amazing in black. It’s a saharacon. I put Rubicon rims on it and rockrails. It’a a good look.
  13. Regretting getting the black Jeep. It’s stays clean for about as long as our snow stays on the ground..for 20 minutes. It’s an awesome 20 minutes but still.
  14. 6z hangover Op run is looking for the Motrin. Still it’s nice to see something festive like that.
  15. These type patterns seem to go on for endless amounts of time. If it’s seasonal for Turkey day I will call it a win for those of us that like cooler weather.
  16. Yes I live right near there. It’s funny that some non descriptive dot on a map has some of the areas biggest music venues. We are home to great outdoor concerts and the R/S line. Best one I saw by far was Motley Crue in 2015. I have to admit I miss going to concerts and even those 12 dollar cans of beer.
  17. At my house or yours? Don’t answer that
  18. Hoping like hell we keep it above normal then flip Thanksgiving week. To less warm at least.
  19. 31 this morning. I gathered all the frost I could from our cars to make a tiny snowball just in case...
  20. You’ll get there but quite a bit of warm to trek through as it sounds before that. That ridge is a beast as it looks now.
