I think this will be the last modified arctic blast this spring. Sad but true. But we are that much closer to November so no complaints. It’s been a great spring so far.

Indeed. No other reliable model does that I believe. It would be a very cool thing to say we lived during a historic May set up. For that alone it’s worth watching

Nobody need to fret the nonsensical GFS. 6z was still party mode. 12z will be the hangover run where it wakes up, takes a couple Motrin, wonders how it got in bed with the WRF, and spits out a sensible run

Even with a biblical cold beyond Thunderdome set up I don’t think flakes can fly in May below 1000 feet elevation.

CPC has below normal temps 8-14. Darkest purple. Where was this in January?

I can’t complain having an April that didn’t require AC. I wish we could hold onto the cool cloudy weather longer but only 7 months to November. It’s practically here.

I think if you have 5 year plus time horizon staying invested and buying as much as possible broad mutual funds is the way to go. My humble opinion. This will pass.
