  1. We should still approach the afternoon with an abundance of caution...
  2. I don’t see any lightning strikes on Radar Scope
  3. Work is nuts with COVID-19 preparations but I digress, woke up before dawn to .1" so I'm on the board for March! Winning...
  4. And I hear peepers down along the river...
  5. I had a few sleet showers a couple of hours ago
  6. With 2.2” for Feb that makes 20.9” on the season here
  7. The last season that my low for the winter was above 5 was '07-'08 when the winter low was 7 on 1/3/08. My low for this winter is also 7 on 12/8/19.
  8. I have to look to see what my Feb total is but through the end of Jan I was at 18.7" for the season. '15-'16 was a season total of 12.1", '11-'12 was 23.5", so this year is better than four years ago at least. What did you get in '15-'16?
  9. So are we thinking we are in a delayed but no denied pattern or is winter over? Please advise.
  10. Possibly. There was enough here that some of the roads were plowed.
  11. I was born in New Hampshire but raised in NY since the age of 5 so I’m luckily familiar with many of the sites up there, I go up about once a year. The museum in North Conway is cool, been there a couple times, glad you got to see it too. I’ve been up there spring, summer, and fall but this was my first trip in the winter since 1982 so it was long overdue. I’ve driven up Mount Washington a couples times, rode up a couple times, took the train my first time up and have ridden in the coaches up in summer and now winter. The Mount Washington Auto Road runs snow coaches in the winter, well worth it for folks like us especially, here’s a link: https://www.mtwashingtonautoroad.com/snowcoach-mock-up I was up Whiteface once in the fall, that was also beautiful. Here’s a couple photos this morning from the top of Kancamagus Pass.
  12. I got this one early this evening looking at Loon.
  13. Took a ride on the Mount Washington Snow Coach today, a must for any winter enthusiast. It took us to around 4,000 feet where it was -2 with 40mph winds. Deep winter.
  14. Here’s a few from today from Franconia Notch, Mount Washington, and Crawford Notch. I’d say the Mount Washington Snow Coach is a must for winter enthusiasts. The took us to just over 4,000 feet where it was -2 with 40 MPH winds and higher gusts.
  15. Here’s one, you know the photos never do the snow justice.
  16. The storm knocked the internet out here and the cell service is slow. Let me see if I can get anything up que @BxEngine
  17. Pouring snow here... in Lincoln NH for the weekend.
  18. I believe it is bold if there are new posts in that thread since the last time one visited.
  19. Yes sir, .10” on the board here from yesterday evening.
  20. I have to chuckle because a couple of weeks ago some folks were selling that the pattern change would happen around 1/20 and our winter would be from 1/20-2/20, well that went down faster than...oh never mind, probably too soon but I digress, the past two years have reinforced that the long range is a total crap shoot. That said, there will always be people who hang their hat on 10 day model runs.
  21. That’s a Dad joke right there, LOL. And yes, every time I add “please advise” to my posts it’s in complete mockery of the emails I get at work where people either over use that phrase and/or use it incorrectly. I’ve had the flu when I’ve had the flu shot before so sometimes it’s doesn’t matter anyway.
