  1. It's real. With compaction I got about 12" and there are reports of 15"+ in my area.
  2. OK I lied. There's about 10" on the ground this morning which means we probably got nearly 12". Damn impressive.
  3. I can't believe NWS had me in the 12-18" last night. Plenty of needed precip is falling, but I'd be surprised if more than couple sloppy inches accumulates.
  4. I'm SE of Denver and NWS has me painted in the 12-18" swath. Not sure how that much could possibly accumulate after being in the 80s today, but stranger things have happened.
  5. In the three years I've lived here, my back yard has always done well when there's a rain/snow line concern.
  6. Can I get about 200 off that estimate so I can join the fun at 6300? Thanks in advance.
  7. Last night my forecast was 2" This morning it's 6.9" Friday night plus 1.6" Saturday.
  8. Might have to dust off the winter version of this thread for this weekend
  9. Got over 0.2" of rain (most since like October) and now snow to finish it off.
  10. Wind wind go away. I mean if it was raining or snowing I wouldn't be complaining, but this extended wind is getting annoying
  11. Euro is back on board with a back to back storms early next week. The GFS hasn't been too impressed the last couple runs though (which may be a good thing with its lollies)
  12. Gotta love the GFS. 6z had a foot or more for the entire NE quadrant of CO over the next 10 days 12z has no snow over the next 10 days
  13. This one was tough to measure, but I'm going to go with 10". SOmeone reported 12" a few miles SSW of me, but I can't justify that with anything I'm measuring
  14. After getting 0.2" of rain (which is the most I've gotten since like June), I got at least 7" of snow overnight. That storm next week is going to annoy me if it turns out big because I'll be out of town.
  15. ANd as soon as I post that, NWS updates it again
  16. NAM is now in range and it sees a juicy storm, too.
  17. The semi-annual reminder that model runs are now an hour later with DST in place.
  18. That run would have meant nearly 1" per hour rates for over 24 hours. 0z said "just kidding" but 6z keeps the idea of something plowable end of next week
  19. Got lucky with that heavy cell that went through last night. Got about 2.5" in under 2 hours. We'll see if models today are correct for another 2-3"
