  3. even on regular storms with a SW to NE movement orientation you see that on the NW fringe....

  5. Going to be wild-I could see nothing here to maybe 5 inches lol
  6. way too early for that...still could miss with the S trends on several models
  7. Euro has been slowly bumping south which makes sense with the blocking trending stronger

First 5 days are made up in June then they take from April break...which I have not seen happen in the 12 yrs my kids have been in school here Today's a half day throwaway day with kids watching movies-my sons didn't want today canceled lol. (which it wasnt)
  9. Yep if we end up with a bunch of snow events even small those days add up and we still have schools with no AC so deep into June we go....last few years have been lean so it's worked out but this winter might be different
  10. CT banned remote learning a few years back (in public schools) b/c it was such a disaster-so if there's a snow day it's getting made up in June.

  15. last year was a big wind year too-couple events with 60+ here
  16. almost always does-the drier air and breeze usually dries the roads out...standing water different story

  19. Alot of woods here with above ground lines but our town has been aggressive in recent years in removing trees near the lines-has made a difference.
