  1. They always underestimate. No global was showing Buffalo getting 20"+ for the Christmas event.
  2. Much better, I decided to take the meds for now ( No benzos) because the symptoms were so bad. Going to see how I feel in a few weeks and if its all good start to slowly ease off of them and hopefully back to myself. Still getting dizzy/light headed episodes and it seems the nighttime makes it much worse. When I wake up from sleep it's when I feel the worse. Also cutting my caffeine intake way down and never taking preworkout again.
  3. Feels fantastic with the sun out today, around 40 and sunny here. It really makes my body feel better to see the sun.
  4. All the models show a pretty decent LES event for all of Erie county next week.
  5. Buffalos weather on Saturday is going to favor the Ravens quite a bit. I'm really worried. Windy/Snowy/Cold on Sat night. Lamar/Dobbins going to put up 400 yards rushing.
  6. Any recommendations for snow shoes? Seems MSR and Tubbs are the best?
  7. RGEM and HRRR are the only models showing this much snow for KBUF for next event. Actually the WRF models do too. HRRR
  8. Probably get a new thread going later tonight as it should get more active around here.
  9. The ravens scare me. But you have to beat the best to get to the superbowl. Lamar is a terrible QB, but an amazing RB. Have Milano spy him the entire game.
  10. That's a nice band, will be interesting to see if Bills get Sat/Sun game.
  11. The average high/low is 31/18. So you don't even need below normal temps to get snow in prime winter, but to generate lake effect you would ideally want colder than whats being modeled.
  12. Easily the Steelers, Lamar is a ticking time bomb. Dudes a freak athlete. Steelers have nothing that scares me aside from Watt and we were able to stop him last time. The Titans beat us pretty bad earlier this season and the Ravens just beat them.
  13. It looks like some -9 850s moving across 40 degree water temp would be sufficient enough with some aided synoptic lift. Something to watch until the weekend cutter.
  14. I believe KBUF is using the standard water temp at recording location which is at 36. If that above temp graph is correct the deltas would increase quite a bit and allow for a decent band to form. Close call.
  15. KBUF saying just flurries so will be interesting to see what happens Tues/Weds
  16. Those in Texas/Oklahoma are having the best winter of their lives.
  17. The models are really struggling, but I think the overall picture is that cooler air is coming and in late January you don't need much for it to snow. At least some stuff to track.
