What good is there to be anything but optimistic. Our time on this planet is so short. I was just thinking my first post on here was from the Dec 1-3 2010 Lake effect storm. Cannot believe that was 11 years ago already...Time flies, Get out and live! I had a 16 day trip planned to New Zealand the first week of April of last year, but covid hit literally a week before I wish I got stuck there for the last year, would have been awesome lol. I planned that trip for months! I also had Norway planned for September of last year and had to cancel that as well. One day I'm going to sell everything, turn a van into my house and travel the world.

The big trip this year is sometime in summer, going to Alaska. Haven't booked the flights yet, was hoping to get closer to see how the covid situation was. But looks to me that everything will be normal up there this summer. It's been #1 on my wifes list for awhile, really excited. My top 5 1.) New Zealand 2.) Norway 3.) Bali 4.) Switzerland 5.) Japan

We are doing something similar, but I wanted a direct flight instead of multiple stops. So I got direct flights from Buffalo to Phoenix for $160 each way, 4 hour flight. We are doing Grand Canyon, Bryce, Moab, Zion, Lake Powell, Sedona, Monument Park. We will be gone 11 days. Haven't booked my air bnbs or hikes yet, but plan to camp out a few nights out there.

Stocks up a bunch last 2 days. With summer starting I expect jobs to get close to pre pandemic levels.

I wear one all day at work and cannot stand it. It's a big deal to me, I hate them.

It's already at 20%, there is no way its not at least 75% by September. I would be shocked if its not 100%. The game is outside. I can see inside events still being limited, but not anything outside. Antibodies last 6 months-1 year and booster shots are already being developed. Anyone who wants to get vaccinated would have had several attempts to do so the next few months. Immunity might last longer if its similar to the Sars vaccine which would be several years.

It might allow you, I'm thinking it will be vaccine or negative test. I doubt they limit attendance. 70% of the country will be fully vaccinated by June.

Hockey/Football are 1/2 for me followed by baseball/basketball close 3/4 out of the big 4. I actually am a pretty big tennis/volleyball player and would slot those ahead of baseball and basketball.

Just booked a trip out west next month, doing a 10 day loop through Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Moab, Monument valley, Bryce Canyon. Got a direct flight from Buffalo to Phoenix for $170 through Southwest, first 2 bags are free checked in. Cannot wait! Also bought a new camera got the Sony AIII. Excited to take some pictures of the milky way in the desert!

The Vaccines protect against them over 90%...If everyone gets the shot I highly doubt it.
