  1. I get my 1st shot April 10th at UB and my 2nd on May 1st. I'm getting sick right now, I really hope this isn't covid. I think its sinus a infection, I get sick this time of the year nearly every year. No fever, just bad sore throat, feel weak, and sinuses clogged. Taking lots of zinc, vitamin D, apple cider vinegar, lots of tea, slept 3 hours after work and going to bed early tonight.
  2. Thanks it must have been @Thinksnow18 family that got the bad symptoms? That a weird symptom with the hair loss. I've had fever many times with no hair loss. It is unique to covid.
  3. There will be a slight plateau this month in cases, but then another gradual decline. We're vaccinating people far too fast for their to be another "wave". Those in serious condition have been declining everyday the last few months.
  4. There was quite a bit of snow left at Chestnut ridge in the woods when I went there yesterday. Pretty crazy with temps the last 2 weeks.
  5. I don't get why so many people hate people of other beliefs or that are different from themselves. You're right, there is so much division and hate. We're literally all equal. We all came here the same way, we're all humans. The golden rule is all we have to do, treat others as you want to be treated. It's so simple, yet so hard. I'm of the belief that people can do anything they want or believe anything they want as long as it doesn't hurt someone else.
  6. This is the symptom that is most scary for me. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/what-is-covid-19-brain-fog-and-how-can-you-clear-it-2021030822076
  7. Yeah vaccine or negative covid tests are going to be required virtually everywhere the next few years.
  8. I'll take a big one, pass on anything less than 6". "That's what she said"
  9. Was finally able to schedule my vaccine for April 10th! Getting the Pfizer shot.
  10. Was able to schedule my appt for April 10th at UB south for Pfizer.
  11. That's a pretty rare symptom, can't say in all the research I've done that I've seen that one. The one that scares me the most is the brain fog from long haul covid. It is the primary reason I am now getting the vaccine. https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/what-is-covid-19-brain-fog-and-how-can-you-clear-it-2021030822076
  12. I'm going to every Bills game this year and you'll have to take a negative test each game or proof of vaccine, I'll take the vaccine. The same will likely be true for international travel. Iceland is requiring vaccine cards to enter their country.
  13. Lake Erie is ice free much earlier than normal this year. Last year we had tons of ice in it in May due to colder temps from late march-May. This bodes well for a nice spring
  14. According to reddit, " there’s just a 4-6 weeks lag in reporting for this dataset. So the most recent 4-6 weeks always look like they’re below the average. If you look at it again in a month, deaths from those weeks will almost certainly be at or above the average. "
  15. How are your wifes symptoms? I wonder if you have the UK variant? Sounds similar to the people at my work. It seems that's the predominant strain in the USA now? That lost of taste will likely last many months. I think I want the vaccine lol.
