  1. The middle finger storm had a big part in that hole
  2. Dude you had an historic January it's good you changed the avatar lol
  3. Saw some stats being posted on the NYC side- the airports are all in the top 5 snowiest January now and near -3.5F below normal. Only 75 miles as the crow flies away and the best I could do was squeak out some fringe action to edge above normal snow for the month. World's apart.
  4. Ralph's frontal wave spectacular on the UKMET
  5. Family claims they got 8" in Howell, NJ. When you hate snow so much you low ball your number to make yourself feel better lol.
  6. Qtown Not sure why this area maxed out like this but I'll take it and run
  7. 21.5" drift. One of the better drifters. 17F
  8. Just as it was tapering a new area of snow has broken out in Lehigh and upper Bucks
  9. Wicked cutoff on the fringes with this one that sucks. Seeing reports of just 3" 25 miles NW of NYC
  10. Still snowing in the NW tip of Bucks and picked up an additional .5" for a total of 5.5"
  11. The elongated low look the models got right it was definitely a thing. But the vortex over the Delmarva helped keep the moisture transport going into PA and prevented a bust. My take anyway.
  12. This storm was straight out of Hades for the Mets and trackers doubtless it has drove a few to the dark side lol
  13. Still snowing big flakes and real close to the additional .20" I need for one foot on the month. The struggle is real.
  14. February is doable to at least hit average. I'm over the epic look of 3 weeks ago not producing a MECS/HECS or big numbers I passed average and it was colder than normal could have done worse in a La Nina.
  15. It just takes one stroke of fortune January here just shy of 12" made it above normal, that's all I wanted to do it wasn't ez
  16. Only measured one drift by the house of 18" certainly are bigger ones
  17. The ECM and NAM clown snow kuchera maps were actually very close imby pop the champagne cork
  18. 4.4" and the .6" yesterday for 5" still snowing light to moderate and 18" drifts and 13F She tucked and crawled and got SECS'y and over performed on me Long duration too
  19. Mod to heavy snow and 19F intensity increased even out here on the fringe
  20. The low is 50-100 miles west of forecast look out she's hugging
  21. Storm is retrograding inland currently after it appeared to be lifting east an hour ago. It will boost accumulations. Just as I was pulling the plug for this area.
  22. 1.80" Moderate snow about the best rates of the event
  23. It's not about expectations but thought it might overperform slightly and 5" at 13:1 was a 50% chance, not happening * advisory is 4-7"
