The middle finger storm.
The hoochie warm wet mess.
The euro day 7-8 bag of rock salt for the NW crowds wounds.
No way we get it three times right? "Not with three barrels it can't, not with three!" Old Quint lol
I enjoyed the euro's coastal hugger day 7-8 that brought rain to snow in Jersey, rain in Boston, SECS to Philly and nearby burbs, yet screwed the far NW burbs and Lehigh Valley...sure
Saw some stats being posted on the NYC side- the airports are all in the top 5 snowiest January now and near -3.5F below normal. Only 75 miles as the crow flies away and the best I could do was squeak out some fringe action to edge above normal snow for the month. World's apart.
The elongated low look the models got right it was definitely a thing. But the vortex over the Delmarva helped keep the moisture transport going into PA and prevented a bust. My take anyway.
February is doable to at least hit average. I'm over the epic look of 3 weeks ago not producing a MECS/HECS or big numbers I passed average and it was colder than normal could have done worse in a La Nina.
4.4" and the .6" yesterday for 5" still snowing light to moderate and 18" drifts and 13F
She tucked and crawled and got SECS'y and over performed on me
Long duration too
