I finished up with 1.46" of rain yesterday and had 0.11 overnight and this morning for a 2-day July total of 1.57" and a 3-day event total of 2.20". Bottomed out at 70 this morning and actually got up to 86 for a high today. It's currently a partly sunny (as the sun begins to set soon) and somewhat hazy 81 with dp 72. -

It had been rocking and rolling with the lightning here in Philly since at least 1 am and had lots of thunder from around 2 am through about 3 am. I ended up getting an additional 0.17" yesterday on my last-reported total, for a final total of 0.63" for the day, and 3.81" for the month. And moving into the new month, the storm pretty much wound down by 4 am and I picked up 0.81" in the bucket overnight, for a 2-day total of 1.44". Currently overcast and 73 with dp 72. -

My round 1 ended up being the 0.44" but then I had a mini round 2 that gave me a couple hundredths more so currently have 0.46" in the bucket. Looks like a round 3 is incoming in the next hour or two if it holds together. Have been checking out the TORs that keep popping up down in MD north of Baltimore. Currently overcast and 77 with dp 77. -

Rain tapering now. Was up to 1.63"/hr at one point and currently have 0.44" in the bucket. Temp got knocked down almost 20 degrees from my high of 94 today and it's currently raining lightly with temp of 73 and dp 73. With the dribs and drabs for June, I ended up with 3.62" for the month (so far). -

Rocking and rolling with lots of thunder to my south but rising up to almost here. After a low of 73, it actually hit 94 here before the clouds started rolling in. Currently overcast and 83 with dp 75. EDIT - rain is here. Just tipped the bucket to 0.01". -

Ended up with 0.07" with much of the heaviest stuff going south of me, although there was quite a bit of thunder going on. Made it up to 89 for a high yesterday breaking the 3-day heatwave IMBY and am currently at my "low" this morning of 64, the coolest in a week. -

Game on! The spotty showers yesterday completely missed me although my Upper Darby sis got some. I had a high of 98 yesterday so my 3 days of the heatwave (so far) were 98, 100, 98. I bottomed out at 76 this morning and made it up to 89 just before 11:30 am but haven't touched 90 yet today. It's currently a mostly sunny and hazy 86 with dp 75. -

I was just thinking that too. It doesn't have as wide a range but beggars... Was checking out State College's and that looks to be on although obviously west of here. -

I bottomed out a degree "cooler" this morning - 80 vs the 81 of yesterday and so far have maxed at 98 ~2:10 this afternoon. There seems to be less mixing out today as the dp is back up to what was Sunday. Currently a mostly sunny 96 with scattered cumulus and dp 78. -

I briefly registered a 99 here in NW Philly at 2:09 pm but am back down to 98 with dp 75. Don't know if I'll hit triple digits but still have a few hours to get there. -

Well I bottomed out (if you can call it that) at 81 and have now h it 90 before 9 am. Just got done watering and am hoping that will hold the plants until the next precip event (Friday I think?). I was actually shocked that my potted herbs and veggies hadn't started drooping into oblivion yet. Currently a mostly sunny, hazy, hot and humid 91 with dp 78 as of post time (9:10 am). -

My temp finally recovered and I think 88 (finally hit around 6:30 pm) will be my final high for today, meaning starting over for tallying days towards an "official" heatwave IMBY (had a 90 yesterday). Ended up with 0.05" of rain from that band. Currently 87 with dp 78, so back in the oven again. ETA - was looking at the afternoon AFD and there was a mention of a pressure fall/rise and I did see that. -

The rain band has backed over me and so far have 0.03" in the bucket. Dropped the temp to 76 with dp 74 but if all that clears out later today and the sun comes back out, it'll be a steam bath! But I'll take the rain for the plants ahead of this coming inferno week! -

It has clouded over here and has dropped the temp once that started happening. Looks like a fire hose of precip trying to back in. I actually got up to 83 by around 9:30 this morning and am down to 79 with dp 73. I actually wouldn't mind a pre-heatwave dumping because I know I may have to get the hose out later this week with no precip forecast.
