    Man my pepper plants each have like 3 leaves left on them and I'm praying they hold on for a few more days. This cold dry wind isn't helping at all. I started mine indoors as seed in late February. The tomatoes are doing ok but my banana peppers look like shit.

    I was outside a little earlier for work and this weather sucks. I was freezing even in a long sleeve shirt. What a crapfest, cold, windy, cloudy. I'm still using my heated jacket on my motorcycle, heresy. Pretty soon the leaves are going to start to turn color and fall.

    I planted my tomatoes and peppers about three weeks ago and they still look like crap. Especially the peppers. Hopefully they can hold on until the weekend when we turn the corner. Lettuce looks good though....

    Why do we do wind so well around here? We rarely ever had this type of wind in michigan and it seems like it's always friggin windy around here. I hate it.

    Today goes down as one of the crappiest weather days of all time. 34F with moderate to heavy rain, low cloud cover and stiff wind on the bay. About sums up the entire winter.

    I did get to use the Muck Truck to plow my driveway this morning. .

    Down in southern calvert it's just rain. Radar actually looks more like I'd expect from a spring storm.

    Yeah we flipped over as well, basically as soon as I made that post and now it's mostly just rain. What a crap storm. As another poster so eloquently pointed out I must be clairvoyant because I wrote this off well before it happened lmao.

    Lol all snow here right now. Had sleet for a few minutes around 5am but then back to light snow. Light coating on the ground. Glad I didn't get invested for this event.

    Not sure, the QPF is lower and this smells like the inevitable drying trend as the storm nears in.

    Just posting as an excuse to show WB now has the parallel GFS available. Woo hoo.

    WB GFS isn't working, I take it the forecast is that bad that they don't want to show it. In better news I see they are going to start showing the para. Just in time for winter's end.

    Raining here and it's starting to freeze in my camellia leaves. Gonna be ugly if it picks up and keeps at it for the rest of the day. Oops wrong thread.

    Yeah me too, looks like maybe 1 inch or so. And we have winter storm watches for the weekend.

    Really starting to see some resemblance to 1996 in the models, at least to these tired old eyes.

    3.3" actually seems about right for Short Pump.

    It'll be a cold day in hades before that happens for anybody close in to DC or South. Now 19" of rain? I could see that with real flooding being a concern. We seem to do that pretty well around here now.
