    I'm starting to run out of youthful years, if it's ever going to snow again I need it to be soon or else I'll be too old to enjoy it.

    Maybe it's confirmation bias but it seems like there is ALWAYS a MA snowstorm in the ~240hr range on the models. Is there some sort of technical reason for this? Like some sort of amplification or feedback that is inherently built into the models? Anybody have a clue?

    JB is the first to forecast that any month of the year is going to be cold and snowy. I hope he's right this time. Is he calling this one Winter Storm Brandon?

    Man I just read on CWG that Doug Hill died. He lived right near me and I met him at a few charity events and we even talked weather a couple times. Was my favorite DC met. He was 71.

    The hallmark storm has brought me very low cloud decks. It's dangerous out there, (solar) power is out for thousands in the area.

    31.6F this morning which I think is our first solid freeze of the season. I need to move the lime trees and mandavilla inside.

    December to Remember! He was touting that non-stop a couple years ago and how the pattern was going to be crazy cold and stormy. Turns out it blowtorched all month and was one of the least snowy Decembers on record or something like that. Most reliable contrarian indicator. It's definitely over now. Maybe low solar can save us.

    I don't have any twitter accounts but I am a WB subscriber and JB's writings are rough to say the least. I can imagine his twitter antics could be quite bad.

    I don't know how accurate my gauge is. It's about 20ft from my house so with the wind I could see it overestimating.

    3.7" total here. Who said this storm was meh?

    Yeah you're right. It's back raining hard here. We might end up with 4"+ by morning. I'm glad it can't possibly flood at my house.

    What a boss storm. 3.4" for the total here. Wind has died down and it seems to be done for the most part. Forced me to schedule installing all season tires on my NSX. The summer tires weren't so exemplary in the cool rain....

    It's been deluge here and it just won't stop. SoMD continues to over perform on rain. I think I'm already over 3".

    Just got home from work and checked, I'm at 2.6" of rain so far. Still coming down decently.
