Just finished my post game Jeb Walk. Amazing out. Good size dendrites coming down at a nice clip. 1.5 inches on the ground. The intensity has really picked up over the past 30 minutes. The models that had us getting very light snow have already busted. This is a legit winter storm.
Just took the dog on a halftime Jebwalk. It is stunning outside. Absolutely no wind at all. Just the crackling noise of the snow bouncing off of things as it falls. Roads and everything else are covered. Just under one inch here N/W of Winchester.
Snow and 27 degrees.
Today is what the winter is all about to me. Cold powder falling from the sky, cold stout beer falling down my gullet and playoff football. It just doesnt get a whole lot better than that.
Yeah. It is right on my doorstep now. Been VERY light snow for a few hours now. Only thing covered is my sons trampoline and the mulch. Real stuff about to happen.
The Euro actually adjusted the precip max pretty close to where the NAM had it. It just isnt as juicy. So happy everyone in the forum has a warning level event to share. It has been a while.
