  1. Low of 19 this morning. Should get to the mid-40s. Some nice swell pivoting in from an offshore low. 5-8 footers. Might wetsuit up and catch a couple waves, but not looking forward to 42* water.
  2. Sun feels fantastic. UV index projected to be a 4 today. Might even be able to get some color working outside today.
  3. Down to 17* this morning in the Pine Barrens. Looks like NW NJ down to the single digits
  4. This looks like the most I could find. For reference this bench is just over knee high. Gotta be right around a foot. Radar shows 0.75" liquid equivalent. It is a fluffy snow too. Kinda pissed I didn't bring a ruler or tape measure. My personal measuring stick is no use either in the cold
  5. Ironically I do have a 9' Sandstorm rod in my truck for no reason.
  6. Snowshoeing to the tip of Sandy Hook. So far looks like 9-12" here
  7. Drove up to shovel out my grandmother in Keansburg. Didn't bring a ruler but easily 8-10" here. .
  8. Snow hole here still. Calling it a night. Will update around 4 AM when I wake for breakfast. Hoping to see at least something on the ground
  9. Nice band setting up over Reading to just south of Allentown, to around New Brunswick
  10. 32/20 here. Still standing firm on 2" total. Maybe I luck out and banding sets up a little farther south. Otherwise in the screw zone.
  11. No new map from them since 10 AM. Would probably expect one by around 5-6.
  12. Ofc right in the middle of the screw zone. Can't make it up
  13. Good ol' JBMDL Bubble doing its thing. More to the north, more to the south. Final call 2" here, maybe 3" a little farther inland.
  14. FWIW, still a ways out of range, 18z HRRR looks like it moved north a bit (25 mi). Tad deeper from 1005 to 1003
  15. Early call is 1-2" for me. Going to Stadium Series NJD vs. PHL Saturday. Drive up and tailgating at Metlife will be fun
  16. Events like these are my favorite. Wake up to a couple inches on the ground, have a cup of coffee or tea, by the afternoon its all gone.
  17. Been under a nice band for about a half hour now. Visibility under a 1/4 mile. Nothing is sticking. In fact the trace on cold surfaces is melting
