    So ready for the season to begin! Saw a stat today that I had to look twice at...Sabres haven’t played a game in 307 days! Almost a full calendar year. If it did one thing it allowed all the guys who had any injuries to be fully healthy for this 56 game sprint. It also helped to preserve Jack a little bit. He’s a year older but doesn’t have another year of wear and tear on him. He also bulked up another 15lbs to 223lbs...combine him with Tage at 230lbs on the first line with hall and look the $@!# out!!!

    NM...it’s snowing moderate and would be almost heavy but flake size is small

    Yeah the cap must’ve lifted enough to allow the snow growth zone to be met as it is also snowing here albeit lightly

    Freezing drizzle has coated everything here in Williamsville. Definitely NOT one of the precip types expected today...

    It didn’t get past me that the NWS has the northern half of Erie county in the “better” accumulation for the weak event tonight.

    Wow most of the members show quite a bit of snow through the period. I’m still amazed how long the 3 main indicies are in the best place for us and it’s been so warm. I guess going forward if the EPO isn’t negative the other 3 don’t matter much.

    Yeah I agree, however like the GFS has a cold bias I have noticed meso models do tend to have a south bias in lake bands...I go back to the January 2018 lake effect event...snowed over my area for over 12 straight hours, shifted a bit south and then snowed several more after. The forecast was that it’s northern extent would be the airport, I live 4 miles north. It happens more than you think.

    Yup same with the Erie band. They never learn.

    Once again local in-house models are showing the band for tonight and tomorrow about 15 miles further south...I get their models show this but font they have the ability to remember the south bias???

    So two models both showing 6+” at KBUF yet barely a mention from the NWS...yeah that seems accurate

    Scary thing is it is within range, but yeah it’s out to lunch

    I think the metro, actually most of Erie county gets a good shot of snow Sunday through Monday

    Yeah I think out of the 7 playoff teams the three hardest were always KC 1; Baltimore 2 and I was real nervous and I was correct about Indy. This matchup does not favor the bills unfortunately

    And that cutter on GFS is now following the CMC and Euro in bringing Buffalo a good chance at an event next weekend
