  1. At this rate we might be in for quite an icing event.
  2. The worst part of this? It’s now casting and the Mets STILL can’t get it right??? They should all be fired.
  3. Soooooo...I’m driving in Williamsville and it’s beginning to rain/sleet...you were right Dev...I’m done with this winter.
  4. Which is odd because if that’s the scenario then the following system, which the GFS has as a massive cutter, may not in that scenario
  5. Cold air is deep from south towns to the lake plains, not as worried about that as I am about the dry slot tight behind it...NWS discussed this in their AFD as a possible bust low, even though model QPF is suggesting 3-7” across the Niagara Frontier...I think we see 1-3” at best
  6. KBUF punted on the whole event for next weekend and said nothing at all about it...
  7. NWS said the same...so did this guy named Thinksnow18, about 355 times...
  8. This is approaching a high end advisory for the 90 corridor
  9. 12z jester gets the taint all the way to the southern tier pushing the “heavier “ snows a bit further north. In this scenario the 4-6” line would be the 90 corridor and less south due to mixing.
  10. Also does this current shortwave look a lot more put together than forecast? Not one model has thus much snow just off to our west and looks to be holding together...
  11. Lmfao how is it that Buffalo has 2-3 and 3-4 north? Yes enhancement...it always gets further south
  12. I’m thinking 3-5” Buffalo to Lake Ontario for Tuesday, sleet and freezing rain closer to the southern tier and 2-4” north country.
  13. Congrats Dev!!! Now if there were only some beach bars around there...
  14. So I see we get the track we want but the storm weakens considerably...honestly this has been one of the most difficult years I can remember to get snow. If it’s not the track it’s the lack of cold air, if it’s not cold air the system cuts, if it doesn’t cut it weakens considerably. This is frustrating.
  15. Ummmm, 00z is so far north we ALMOST need to concern with a mix? Huh...
  16. Has it occurred to anyone else that Dave left today and Rochester is getting smoked?! Matt what do you know about this?!
  17. 18z further north! Has the 6” line right near Buffalo. And as a bonus the storm behind it that it had all the way down near the Carolinas moved way north towards us. Not a hit but a big shift. We watch.
