This hobby was pure masochism before the record snow decades of the 00s and 10s. It's understandable because we live in the sub-tropics. Imagine what this hobby will become post-hsyteresis. Perhaps still interesting but in a different way. Knowing how bad it can get. I don't want you to suffer the high expectations followed by the mental breakdown. Remember the 2016 blizzard? All rain here with the worst coastal flooding on record.

All I can say is keep dreamin'. Do you realize the PV is decoupled completely from the troposphere? Sure the signs are still subtle but this is the beginning of the end for winter in DC.

Manchester works wonders. I'm telling you man. Take pride. Also that snowfall in March happened with an extremely anomalous jet stream configuration.

No. It's a legitimate concern. Why ride the emotional weenie roller coaster when you know how it will end? Best to go enjoy your life and move on. I concede Manchester is a pretty dope location if you like snow. There is a slight chance you could score an average season due to elevation and latitude.

It's pure torcher but I only try to set you guys free by letting you know that the background signal indicated futility in the snow department. Is that not why we are here? Sure I enjoy a cool fall day but i'm not sure if anyone wants cold without the snow.
