  1. How about in the med range. My worry is it keeps getting pushed back.
  2. I couldn’t find where the weeklies are on weather.us. Can you post link.
  3. Btw it looks like I was thinking about 2013-2014 winter. Apparently it was phillys 2nd snowiest winter. I think that was the winter with the nickel and dime events. Seems like DC did well that winter too. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/capital-weather-gang/wp/2014/03/27/the-long-white-2013-2014-winter-bringing-snowy-back-to-the-d-c-region-season-statistics/?utm_term=.73f4a0b466af
  4. It is possible I am just thinking about my region but wasn’t 2010-2011 winter the winter where we had a lot of nickel and dime events and we ended up above average snowfall.
  5. Great post. Surprised you don’t have a red tag. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.
  6. Nope NHC being conservative. Still 100 kts.
  7. Ophelia officially a cat 3.
  8. Ophelia a strong cat 3?!?!?
  9. This is way out there but def not a bad look. It will be interesting to see what the ensembles show.
  10. Definitely sounds like there is reason for hope that the upcoming winter will not be awful hopefully for both of our sub forums. A winter like 2009-2010 would be great for both of our areas lol but probually will not happen again in my lifetime.
  11. West based for those 4 years?

  13. Some of the models have it affecting the Iberian Peninsula. We shall see.
  14. Remember when forget who he was, was saying how this season was going to be a dud back in August.
  15. Correct me if I am wrong but you add forward motion to maximum sustained winds. Meaning if nate max winds are 90 mph but moving 25 mph people could experience 115mph sustained.
