    Basically all sleet now. I'm surprised it's switched over so quickly. The snow was coming down really hard a few minutes ago! .

    Minor (and I mean minor) precipitation fell briefly in Winston-Salem on Stratford Road. Looked like snow mixed with sleet. Nothing more at the moment. Dew point has risen from 44% to now 73%

    The more I I read the storm thread, the more it hurts. And since I'm a masochist I decided to come here. For what it's worth, at least the storm looked beautiful on the NAM two days ago!

    Well this storm just split in half...right over my house.

    Been alternating between snow and a mix for the past hour or two. We had some awesome flakes earlier in the day/evening. Hoping to see it turn back to all snow later tonight. Anyone see that happening for my area?

    Weather Channel now saying 5-8" of snow tonight in Winston-Salem.

    I've been telling people coming in to my shop 5-7" of snow, and they're all laughing at me.

    Starting to stick to the cars on Stratford now. Wife sent a picture of our front yard off Bolton Street and it's sticking on the grass now!

    I hope you're right. It's driving me crazy seeing all this snow fall into an abyss of warm ground.

    Still snowing in Winston-Salem but I am not seeing anything sticking anywhere outside my window.

    Mix of rain/snow on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem. Expecting to see the transition to all snow here in the next hour or so. I'm sure the grocery stores are slammed with panicked shoppers.
