  1. End of the 00z Euro and 06z GFS appear to flood the country with Barney. Wow.
  2. @das looks like 6" - 7.5" between Germantown -> Hyattstown. The back end snow appears to have "saved" upper Montgomery County.
  3. 2nd biggest snowfall since moving back to Maryland in August 2016. I believe the bigger totals just to my south in Columbia and Pikesville. Driving into work today at 4am the snow intensity was much greater once I got off 795 and on 29.
  4. Yea if the initial push was better, then DCA would've had a legit shot at 10", IMO.
  5. Yea, let's reel this one in for everyone. Classic RIC -> BOS event.
  6. They got Community Noted and deleted the post
  7. Fed government CLOSED Tuesday, 1/7/25.
  8. Yea this back end will save us northerners.
  9. Keep those pictures coming, especially if they have Christmas lights in them
  10. Montgomery/Howard county death band forming?
  11. @Deck Pic that picture is amazing. Love deep winter.
  12. This band is sick. Cold powder just pouring out of the sky.
  13. I want to break 7" of snow at my house. That would make this event the largest snowfall since moving back to Maryland in August 2016.
  14. Cold antecedent airmass = pics like this
  15. I see a second batch prepping itself back towards Hagerstown. That one of probably the end. This back end stuff falling at night will likely save a lot of snow forecasts. Folks will probably verify on the low end of the 8" - 12" predictions. That lull killed us mid storm.
  16. Heads up @mappy, @psuhoffman, @HighStakes, @jayyy. Looks like a decent band is forming in northern Frederick County.
  17. Heads up @pazzo83, @stormtracker, @Deck Pic. Big band coming in.
  18. Yea this is almost snow globe level in Reisterstown.
  19. That's awesome. I'm trying happy to see the DC -> Annapolis and South crowd win!
  20. Radar giving me hope that we can crack 7" here in Reisterstown. Sitting st 4.5".
  21. Radar reallly lighting up over far NW WV and Pittsburgh. Hopeful that everyone gets another 2" - 4" on top of this as the sun sets.
