DCA and some mesonet sites in S. MD still have 30 and 31 degree dewpoint temps. Definitely a lingering freezing rain issue after the flip from SN -> IP - > PL.
0.5° CC scan off LWX radar show the sleet line nudging north with each frame. It should hold tough in the warning area and probably won't flip for some time well north of the cities.
Per SPC meso analysis...850° line runs south of US 50...925° line almost down to St. Mary's, MD. We're wedged in nicely. If we can manage to hold on through 2 or 3 pm then we lose sun light
