I don’t want to interrupt the severe thread so I’ll ask this here, but why wasn’t a tornado watch issued for the metros today? We are literally surrounded by watches and now even warnings in the area.
Reading an article in the WaPo regarding wildfires in Manitoba, Canada. Looks like we might have some pretty sunsets next week as the smoke heads east.
I'm already looking forward to next Thursday when the new drought maps are released that will include this week's rain. Even tomorrow should be an improvement, but next week should really improve.
