There will be threats and anytime you have arctic air you have the possibility of something bigger. Atleast we should be tracking for a bit. Thursday maybe a coating-inch and then the clipper. After that there are signs of possible bigger storms.

also for anybody who likes cold the gfs at 18z showed one day (wednesday) where we get above 30 degrees. The whole run had arctic air just constantly hitting us.
Serious question before I step away, how many blizzard warnings in the past 30 years has Pittsburgh had??? Seems like we have trouble getting the extreme winds with heavy snow being so far away from the coast.
That's what made me interested in weather. the fact that I heard we were getting 6 inches and it kept snowing until 20+. It fascinated me, unfortunately we have yet to get anything really close in the past 12 years.
