    I've been at my current job long enough to unlock the extra 5 days vacation perk. My youngest is in college. And I have a 2-year-old lab who loves the car and hikes. All of which means, given the dire chatter in the winter thread, I am mentally packed to chase snow this season. A bunch.

    Rain really missed for the most part - everything that popped up ahead of main line managed to skip my parts of baltimore. by time main batch gets here looks like the reds and yellows will be done and just a steady rain for a bit.
