My eyes are getting their ass kicked by base reflectivity. Once it got here, not that bad. Score one for EJ and technology.

The wall of precip made it to my bldg in downtown Balt.

I am using something much more old school than base reflectivity - which is my eyes and the low visability as I look over there from 20 floors up.

Catonsville has to be getting drenched. I can see what looks like a wall of water over that way.

Whatever that is west of downtown Balt isn't moving very much from my vantage point in my bldg. Assuming rain under wherever that is to the west, they should be getting quite a bit.

That's kinda what I've arrived at. A completely bizarre year, Red Sox are clearly dealing with something after letting Betts go. Blue Jays and Rays are fine but not invincible and top two teams make it in each division so...why not (the redux) indeed. They are just frisky enough in this environment that it's fun to watch and root for. Also, I really trust Hyde - I think he's got a chance to be a really great manager over time and works well with what they have assembled. Scrappy and underdog can sometimes work in a sprint...

O's are playoff bound. This is happening.

Holy hell is it hot and humid downtown Balt. Just walked three blocks to grab a quick lunch and regretted it. I can see a storm/rain west of downtown from my building.

It did. And the lightning was cloud to ground and frightening.

A series of pop up showers kept finding my home around 6:30 - 9:00 which put a damper on a small outdoor gathering we had planned. Bad luck on that one for us given the pops...

Fingers crossed - my son’s school is having the graduation ceremony tonight . Outside, socially distanced, with parents and siblings in attendance. As close to as normal as is possible. Masks of course, for everyone. really excited and grateful to be able to save this piece of his senior year when so much else went by the wayside.
